Ideas at Home

 Look out for numbers around the environment- what number is your house? How old are you? What numbers are on our car? Looking for shapes around the home- go on a shape hunt and talk about what you find.
Encourage your child to practice skills from the previous year to refresh their learning- counting on/ back, making patterns, using money, working out simple number problems.
